  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences for students studying Business Administration/Customer Service
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support their development
  • Plan and prepare individual learning plans to meet the needs of students
  • Observe students in work placements to assess their performance against qualification criteria
  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum plans
