About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join our team at 4way Recruitment. As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault finding on Fire Alarm Systems, as well as other Fire and Security Systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Servicing and Maintenance: Ensure that Fire Alarm Systems are functioning correctly and efficiently, performing regular maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  2. Fault Finding: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Fire Alarm Systems, identifying and repairing faults to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  3. Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 2 years plus experience in servicing, maintaining, and fault finding on Fire Alarm Systems and other Fire and Security Systems.
  2. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Fire Alarm Systems from leading manufacturers, including Notifier, Gent, Advanced Morely, C-Tec, and Protec.
  3. Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence (clean licence desired).
  4. Security Screening: Ability to pass security screening.
