Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technicians Lead to join our team at Morson Talent. This role involves leading a team of technicians in inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing avionic and mechanical systems on aircraft, ensuring all systems operate efficiently.

  • Lead a team of technicians in inspecting and testing avionic and mechanical systems on aircraft
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
