Early Childhood Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Practitioner to join our team at BearPak. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our children, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escort children from school to the BearPak after-school club and wraparound care.
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and welfare.
- Conduct yourself in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner at all times.
- Work effectively as a team member, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- At least Level 2 in Playwork, Child Care Learning & Development, Child Care & Education, or willingness to work towards.
- Current first aid certificate, basic food hygiene certificate, and a current driving license.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and use your own initiative.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.14.
- Part-time, permanent contract with flexible scheduling.
Work Location: BearPak, in-person.
