Job Title: Stock and Delivery Team Leader

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stock and Delivery Team Leader to join our team at Dunelm. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and productive warehouse operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to our stores and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of colleagues to maintain an efficient and productive warehouse environment
  • Carry out regular audits and stock-takes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Receive and process up to six deliveries a week, handling a high volume of product
  • Coordinate stock replenishment and ordering, utilizing strong organizational skills

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a supervisory position, with a track record of achieving results and maintaining high expectations
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work across weekends and evenings, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
