Job Overview:
As a Picker and Warehouse Assistant at Aligra Swindon, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient movement of materials throughout our facility. This position involves working closely with colleagues to unload containers, manage pallets, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Move lightweight packaging boxes from containers to designated storage areas
• Assist in unloading food packing products from containers
• Operate manual handling equipment to transfer pallets between locations within the warehouse

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have their own means of transportation (due to site's location being off public transport routes). Additionally, they must adhere to safety protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes and high visibility clothing.

Benefits:
• Competitive hourly rate of £44 per hour
• Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 allowing for stable routine planning
