  • Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor and provide guidance to junior econometricians and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Interpret and effectively communicate complex econometric findings to senior stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, influencing strategic marketing decisions.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and documentation that summarize econometric analyses for senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Methodology and Best Practices: Provide expert advice on econometric methodologies, model validation, and best practices in statistical analysis.
Requirements
  • Advanced Degree and Experience: Advanced degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field with extensive experience in econometric analysis and model development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced statistical software such as R or Python, with a deep understanding of econometric techniques, time-series analysis, and regression models.
  • Leadership and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to lead complex analytical projects, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business value.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Management and Integrity: Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex econometric concepts to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Independence and Initiative: Extensive experience in managing large datasets, ensuring data integrity, and resolving data quality issues.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in driving projects forward.
Desired Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Significant industry experience, particularly in the Gambling/Gaming sector.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Experience: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly within marketing and finance.
  • Advanced Programming Skills: Advanced programming skills beyond statistical software, such as SQL or data visualization tools (PowerBI, Looker Studio).
  • Machine Learning and Cloud Computing: Familiarity with machine learning applications in econometrics and experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS.
  • Leadership and Senior Experience: Previous experience in a senior role with significant leadership responsibilities.
