About this role:

We are looking for a qualified professional to join our team as an Early Years Practitioner in one of our Little Pioneers nurseries. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the education and development of our children, working in unity with our Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the education and development of your key children through outstanding quality of teaching and learning
  • Collaborate as part of a team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and ensure performance standards are consistently met

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification
  • An Enhanced DBS check
  • Open, honest, and compassionate
  • Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children
