Digital Sales Enablement Specialist

About the Role
As a Digital Sales Enablement Specialist at Powerforce, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional training and support to in-store colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver captivating training programs for in-store colleagues, both in-person and virtually.
- Become an expert on Lenovo and Motorola products and share your knowledge with others.
- Motivate and engage colleagues to inspire sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Maximize in-store availability and visibility through effective merchandising, Point Of Sale (POS), and fixture compliance.
- Support events and activities that promote Lenovo and Motorola products.
Requirements:
- A full manual driving licence for at least 12 months.
- Technology retailer experience, preferably in a leadership or trainer role.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
- A natural ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
