About the Role

As a Digital Sales Enablement Specialist at Powerforce, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional training and support to in-store colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver captivating training programs for in-store colleagues, both in-person and virtually.
  • Become an expert on Lenovo and Motorola products and share your knowledge with others.
  • Motivate and engage colleagues to inspire sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Maximize in-store availability and visibility through effective merchandising, Point Of Sale (POS), and fixture compliance.
  • Support events and activities that promote Lenovo and Motorola products.

Requirements:

  • A full manual driving licence for at least 12 months.
  • Technology retailer experience, preferably in a leadership or trainer role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • A natural ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
