  • Manage and resolve ASB and domestic abuse cases, providing support to customers to achieve desired outcomes, in partnership with the Advisor – Housing.
  • Deliver a person-centred advocacy model for community safety, signposting customers to specialist support services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including Police, Local Authorities, and Legal Services.
