Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join our team at St Neots Neurological Centre. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will play a vital role in delivering strategic and clinical strategies to grow and further develop our neurological care pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement specialist psychological treatment plans for service users with complex needs.
  • Lead and oversee the transdisciplinary team, providing supervision and training to ensure they understand the concepts and principles underpinning our framework.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and develop new services for other neurological conditions.
  • Ensure all non-medical therapeutic approaches are evidence-based and effective.

Requirements:

  • BPS accredited and HCPC approved Doctorate.
  • HCPC Registered.
  • Chartered Member of the BPS.
  • Evidence of engagement in ABI networks.
  • Post-doctoral level knowledge and application of research methodology.
