Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Reed. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing insightful information to support our mission and measure progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse business processes across departments to determine data interactions and objectives.
  2. Create and maintain a comprehensive Data Map with corresponding responsibilities and dependencies.
  3. Identify and implement efficiency and accuracy improvements by integrating data into the DMS.
  4. Oversee the implementation of new database functionality and ensure it meets organisational needs.
  5. Inform senior management and key stakeholders of progress in delivering project objectives.
  6. Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure processes meet expectations and data standards.

Requirements:

  1. Substantial experience as a Data or Business Analyst, with experience in process transformation.
  2. Proficiency in presenting complex data clearly.
  3. Experience in managing and organising data sets from multiple sources.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and database knowledge.
  5. Competent in data mapping tools.
