Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our finance team at Regatta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the production of accurate monthly management accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the timely production of accurate monthly management accounts.
  • Check and balance accounts to ensure they are robust and accurate.
  • Input manual journal entries, including accruals and prepayments.
  • Support the production of reports for budget holders.
  • Prepare variance analysis against budget with supporting commentary.
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations to the agreed timetable and work with Management Accountants to investigate discrepancies and perform corrective actions.
  • Support Management Accountants and Group Finance Manager with ad-hoc analysis.
  • Assist with the annual audit process and compile data for statutory accounts and other external filings.
  • Owning processes for rebates and royalties' accruals, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
  • Support the Management Accountant on Retail, including ownership of salary accruals.
  • Produce turnover certificates for retail stores.
  • Future scope to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
