Job Title: Staff Nurse

About the Role:
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care to residents, including administering medication and dressings.
  • Assess and develop person-centered care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Make critical clinical decisions and manage residents' medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
