About the Role:- Provide safe and effective nursing care to residents, including administering medication and dressings.
- Assess and develop person-centered care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Make critical clinical decisions and manage residents' medical conditions.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- An annual salary of up to £19.72 per hour.
- Employers pension contribution of 3%.
