We are seeking a highly skilled Data Transparency Anonymization Expert to join our Clinical Data Standards & Transparency team at Johnson & Johnson in the United Kingdom or India.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper anonymization/redaction of personal and company confidential information per established company standards and regulations. This role requires advanced knowledge of data transparency principles and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and consistent anonymization/redaction of personal and company confidential information across various documents and projects.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class policies, procedures, and plans for delivery of anonymized/redacted documents in support of clinical registries, policy 0070, PRCI, EU CTR, etc.
  • Redact documents for protected personal data (PPD) as required following J&J practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clinical teams, and external vendors to communicate document requirements and provide high-quality results.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a scientific, technology, or healthcare discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant pharmaceutical/scientific experience in a related discipline, e.g., medical writing, data management, biostatistics, clinical programming.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory clinical trial disclosure requirements, translation of scientific content for a lay audience, anonymization of clinical data and documents, data sharing.
  • Demonstrated contributions to cross-functional projects.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
Compensation

This role offers an estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
