We are seeking an experienced Quality professional to lead our Luxury Quality Team and drive excellence in product quality and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate the Luxury Quality Team to achieve high performance and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize team achievement and engagement.
- Quality Assurance
- Implement and maintain Quality Assurance Processes and deploy quality standards that meet customer expectations.
- Contribute to New Product Development activities to ensure quality requirements are built into all new products.
- Supplier Quality Management
- Manage Supplier Quality performance, including supplier audits and supplied material non-conformances.
- Validate and verify corrective and preventative actions.
- Root Cause Analysis
- Investigate customer/consumer complaints and support complaint handling processes.
- Establish root cause and implement robust corrective and preventative actions.
- Continuous Improvement
- Manage non-conforming products and non-conformance processes.
- Facilitate effective root-cause analysis investigations and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Complete appropriate data analysis and trending as required to report performance.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Quality professional with:
- Exposure to the luxury/premium market.
- Team management experience.
- Experience of New Product Development.
- Background in implementing and maintaining quality standards.
