About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant with a strong background in phonics to join our Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' partner primary school in Westminster.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students and contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in the delivery of phonics lessons
  • Assisting with the development of individualized learning plans for students with ASD
  • Providing one-to-one support to students in need
  • Contributing to a positive and respectful classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Strong background in phonics and experience working with students with ASD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm for working with children
