Job Title: Bus Driver - with Category D and C+E

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bus Driver with Category D PCV and C+E experience to join our esteemed client for a temp-to-perm role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company based in Rochester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate HGV Class 1 and buses according to company and legal guidelines.
  • Load and unload using either a forklift truck or an electric pump truck (full training provided).
  • Ensure all goods are transported safely and securely.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
  • Conduct vehicle checks.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with the logistics team and customers.

Requirements:

  • Bus Driver with Valid UK HGV Class 1 & Category D PCV Licence
  • Bus Driver with Valid CPC Card
  • Bus Driver with Valid Tacho Card
  • Bus Driver with Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Bus Driver with Good understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime, as needed.
