Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the maintenance team, ensuring that plant and equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant engineering, with a minimum of 3 years post-apprenticeship experience or 1 year post-graduate experience. They will also possess excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to generate reports.

In addition to these technical requirements, the candidate will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with at least 5 years of supervisory or technical leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

About the Role
  • Provide technical leadership to the maintenance team
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and site regulations
  • Manage 3rd party contractors and ensure risk assessments are completed
  • Contribute to day-to-day decisions and activity critical to the efficient running of the manufacturing sites
