Job Title: Specialist Social Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Specialist Social Worker to join our patient and family support team at our Glasgow Hospice. As a Specialist Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones during end-of-life care.
