We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a respected Nursing Group in Newry and Warrenpoint. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional care to residents with dementia and other complex needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
