About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Adviser to join our team. As a Sales Adviser, you will be responsible for handling new business enquiries and working with our existing business retention portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing quality support to clients in line with Bupa standards.
  • Work to achieve sales targets in line with business plans, while complying with regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Build relationships and expand your portfolio, making a significant contribution to our culture of outstanding performance.
  • Provide quality client service to potential customers and clients, ensuring telephony activity requirements are achieved.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, identifying and understanding customer needs, and resolving them appropriately.
Requirements
  • Telephony-based sales experience and a clear, confident technique.
  • Enthusiasm and desire to learn and understand Bupa products and policies.
  • An empathetic and sensitive approach, with engaging stakeholder management and effective relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent standard of written communication.
  • A customer-focused, target-driven, flexible approach.
