Job Title: Childcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Childcare Professional to join our team in Bristol.

Job Description:
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of young children, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Establish a nurturing environment that encourages positive relationships among staff, children, and parents, and fosters a sense of community within the nursery.
  • Monitor and evaluate children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians, and collaborating with colleagues to refine teaching methods and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues to build trust and rapport, and contribute to the development of a cohesive approach to childcare.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the nursery, exemplifying best practices in childcare and demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential, along with experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required, as well as a genuine passion for working with young children and understanding their needs.
  • The ability to drive initiatives that promote children's growth and development, and knowledge of childcare principles and best practices are also essential.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
