Job Overview

The role of Support Worker with Horizon Care & Education involves providing support to young people aged 16 and above who are preparing to live independently.

This is a full-time position, and flexible working hours are available across 7 days. You will be required to have a Full UK driving licence for the role.

You must be practical, flexible, and able to respond to a variety of situations. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with unaccompanied asylum seeking children and care leavers to enable them to live independently.

To succeed in this role, you will need transferable skills and the drive to help young people achieve their potential.

Estimated Salary: £23,400 plus £900 car allowance, mileage, and on-call allowance per annum.
