Job Description
As a Roadside Recovery Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns. Your role will involve arriving at the roadside in a timely manner, assessing the situation, and taking necessary steps to resolve the issue, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing reassurance and professionalism in all situations
- Work independently, as well as collaborate with colleagues, to achieve goals and provide excellent customer service
- Solve problems efficiently, utilizing expertise to recover vehicles and enable customers to continue their journey
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A full Category C driving license (HGV 2) and ideally CE (HGV 1) license; Driver CPC qualification and digital drivers/tachograph card are also essential
- Comfortable adapting to new technology and procedures
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
