About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Reinstatement Team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our reinstatement and site clear services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach direct and sub-contract field-based resources to deliver compliant backfill, reinstatement and site clear operations
  • Maximise the day-to-day organisation, planning and control of labour, plant and resources to ensure efficiency
  • Implement, monitor and maintain targets for health & safety, quality and customer satisfaction through your field teams
  • Provide operational & technical support to prevent and proactively manage any event or incident

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with a good all-round knowledge of reinstatement and understanding of the construction & water industry. A full, clean driving licence, 7.5 ton + towing or HGV is essential and a valid blue card and streetworks ticket covering hot lay of bitumen material along with demonstratable experience of black and white top works. Along with up to date CPC and Clamshell Bucket qualification.
