Production Operative

Challenge-trg Recruitment is seeking a reliable and flexible Production Operative to join our team at a world-leading manufacturer in Hengoed, CF82 7SS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the success of our business.
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be required to pick, pack, and monitor production settings. Although prior experience is not necessary, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, who is willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
As a Production Operative, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £12.15 and a range of benefits, including weekly pay, every Saturday off, premium overtime rates, and access to our Wagestream platform. You will also have the opportunity to work from instructions, manage your time effectively, and take pride in your work.
