Salary

The hourly pay rate for this position is competitive and based on equal opportunity and pay structures. You will also receive an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.

Job Description

This role is essential to maintaining a tidy store and ensuring high hygiene standards. As a Store Custodian, you will be responsible for sweeping floors, cleaning trolley bays, car parks, and outside spaces to make a great first impression. You will confidently operate industrial cleaning machinery, clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste, and recycling sections, and carry out minor maintenance tasks when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in cleaning or maintenance, a hands-on approach, a keen eye for detail, passion to do your best job for your store and team, and drive and independence to carry out your tasks effectively.
