The Role

We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead our vibrant team. As Café Manager, you will be at the helm, overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining the high quality of our food and drinks. You will inspire your team to work in harmony, creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high-quality food and drinks
  • Lead and inspire a team to work in harmony, creating a memorable experience for every guest
  • Barista trained, with a genuine passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
