About the Opportunity:
In this role, you will assist in preparing and serving meals, working efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality. You will also contribute to the upkeep of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines. To thrive in this position, you should possess:
- NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
- Food Hygiene Certifications
- Good written and spoken English
- A flexible attitude
- Restaurant or Hotel Background
- Good communication skills
- Good team player
- A real passion for the industry and an eye for detail
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles

Benefits:
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus hotel staff benefits, discounts, and 28 days holiday (including bank holidays). You will also receive a share of restaurant tips, contributory pension scheme, employee awards, and live-in accommodation.
