This Band 6 Mental Health Nurse position offers a competitive salary of £39,912 to £48,635 per annum, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Role Overview:This role requires a registered Mental Health Nurse with a strong passion for community mental health to join our South West Thrive Welcome Team.
As a key member of the team, you will utilise your professional skills to assess and manage risks, working closely with wider mental health services when necessary.
You will deliver evidence-based interventions, including psycho-education information, skills courses, and person-centred assessments, to empower individuals to manage their mental health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:- Support risk assessment and management in a solution-focused approach
- Liaise with broader mental health services as needed
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to support mental health recovery
- Conduct person-centred assessments to empower individuals
