We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support to a teenage boy in Darlington.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medication, providing personal care, and managing clinical needs throughout the night. They will also ensure the service user's right to privacy and dignity is maintained.
