The Role: Hearing Aid Specialist

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Hearing Aid Dispensers or Audiologists to join our growing team in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing hearing difficulties.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for patients in their homes.
  • Determine the suitability of hearing aids based on individual needs and test results.
  • Fit, adjust, and dispense hearing aids to ensure optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing aftercare support and home visits to monitor progress and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience as a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
