As a Sales Associate at PVH, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our stores. Our stores are the lifeblood of our business, and we strive to create a world-class experience for our customers.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with a personalized shopping experience and ensuring that they leave our stores satisfied.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Authorise discounts and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with expert advice.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Assist customers with outfit building and provide recommendations on products.
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organisation are of the highest standard.

You

  • You will have a previous track record in hospitality or retail.
  • You will be an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • You will be a team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others.
  • You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
  • You will be energetic and authentic, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
  • You will approach all issues with a 'can do' approach and act with initiative to find in-store solutions.
