Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality nursing service to our Residents. This includes developing and implementing individualised care plans, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of kindness and compassion within the care home.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor and train new staff members, and contribute to the development of our organisational policies and procedures.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
