Financial Operations Coordinator

Kenton Black Finance is a leading recruitment partner specializing in finance talent. We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team.
This is a great opportunity for an organized and motivated individual to take on a new challenge and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and administering payroll functions for a diverse portfolio of clients on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis using SAGE software.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from small SMEs to larger organizations, and develop your expertise in payroll processing. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all payroll tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, and that clients receive excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Process and administer payroll functions across a diverse portfolio of clients
* Handle BACS payments and ensure timely processing
* Deal with auto-enrolment pension processing and other payroll-related tasks
* Liaise with HMRC and RTI filing
* Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone and email
Requirements:
* Previous experience with SAGE software
* Proven track record in handling payroll tasks
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
