Kitchen Operations Manager Required

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee our kitchen operations at Excelsis Technical Recruitment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of kitchen management, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain high-quality food standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, developing menus, and implementing efficient inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate stock rotation, minimize waste, and optimize cost control
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional member experiences

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in senior chef roles, preferably in a similar environment
  • Level 1, 2, and 3 Food Safety Awards
  • Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award
  • Awareness of manual handling techniques and COSHH regulations
  • Competent English language skills (spoken and written)

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, including paid annual leave, bank holidays, free team meals, and an Employee Assistance Program.
