We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee our kitchen operations at Excelsis Technical Recruitment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of kitchen management, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain high-quality food standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, developing menus, and implementing efficient inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate stock rotation, minimize waste, and optimize cost control
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional member experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in senior chef roles, preferably in a similar environment
- Level 1, 2, and 3 Food Safety Awards
- Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award
- Awareness of manual handling techniques and COSHH regulations
- Competent English language skills (spoken and written)
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, including paid annual leave, bank holidays, free team meals, and an Employee Assistance Program.
