We are seeking a Fabrication Expert to support our client in Daventry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing the skills of welders to meet the company’s production requirements.

  • CSWIP certification is essential
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 15614-1 standards is required

The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and training, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A competitive salary of £38,000-£40,000 (dependent on experience) is offered for this permanent role.

The working hours are Monday-Thursday 7am-5:15pm and Fridays 7am-1pm.
