Architectural Technician

The successful candidate will have proficiency in 2D and 3D AutoCAD design, experience in a Principal Designer (PD) position, and a strong understanding of CDM regulations and building standards. You will be able to create detailed designs, prepare and manage planning submissions, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop practical solutions that meet hygiene and regulatory standards.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food facility design, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is willing to specialise in the food and hygiene sector. Recent graduates with relevant experience or education in architectural design are also encouraged to apply.

This role involves working on projects with varying values, from £2000 to £5,000,000, and requires flexibility to manage your schedule while contributing to impactful designs in a collaborative environment.
