We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Engineer to join our team at the Princess Royal Hospital in the UK. As a Biomedical Engineer, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on medical equipment, completing repairs, and handling associated administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventative maintenance on medical equipment in accordance with manufacturers' guidelines
- Repair medical equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Manage administrative tasks to close out jobs efficiently
- Maintain spare part stock levels to minimize downtime
- Provide support to junior biomedical engineers as needed
Requirements:
- Hold certified OEM trainings
- Have 2-5 years' experience working with medical equipment
- Hold an HNC in Electrical Electronic Engineering or equivalent
