Job Title: Fire and Security Engineer (Service / Installation)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security Engineer to join our team at 4way Recruitment. As a Fire and Security Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, installing, and commissioning Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service and install Fire alarms, Intruder alarms, Access Control, and CCTV systems in accordance with British standards.
  2. Participate in the call-out rota, currently 1 week in 9.
  3. Work independently, completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
  4. Report to line managers and complete necessary paperwork.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in the Fire and Security industry, with a strong background in servicing, installing, and commissioning Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and CCTV systems.
  2. Panel experience with Morley, Gent, Notifier, Galaxy, Texecom, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Paxton, ACT, and Grosvenor.
  3. Electrical experience, such as the 18th Edition, is desired.
  4. FIA units are preferred.
  5. A full UK driving license with 0 points is ideal.
  6. ECS and CSCS cards are desirable.
