Senior FP&A Role in Real Estate

We are looking for a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team at a prominent Real Estate business based in Central London. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial strategy forward.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in preparing financial models, forecasts, and budgets. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively present complex financial information to stakeholders.

In terms of compensation, we estimate that the successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare comprehensive financial analysis, forecasts, and budgets
  2. Analyze monthly performance against budget or latest forecast
  3. Develop and maintain accurate financial models
Qualifications and Skills:
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or equivalent qualification
  • Proven FP&A experience as an FP&A analyst post-qualification
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
