Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Digital Experience Team at Jardine Motors Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling digital sales enquiries across multiple channels, working flexible hours to suit business needs and enquiry arrival patterns.

You will communicate with customers using their preferred method of contact, convert digital sales enquiries into appointments, test drives and opportunities to sell for all dealerships, and capture accurate customer data and update manufacturer and business systems accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle digital sales enquiries across multiple channels, working flexible hours to suit business needs and enquiry arrival patterns
  • Communicate with customers using their preferred method of contact
  • Convert digital sales enquiries into appointments, test drives and opportunities to sell for all dealerships
  • Capture accurate customer data and update manufacturer and business systems accordingly
  • Achieve department KPIs
  • Complete outbound appointment generation activity when required
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience to every customer
