Lead the Certified Pre-Owned Program for Hyundai in the UK

As a key member of the Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program in the UK. Your primary objective will be to ensure the achievement of all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CPO sales and market share performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CPO commercial policy to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance used car performance, market share, and customer retention.
  • Work closely with the Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH network development team to measure retailer used car performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular KPI reporting to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform and influence CPO strategy deployment.

This role requires a strong understanding of used car acquisition methods and strategies, as well as the ability to travel throughout the UK to visit retailers and attend national events.
