Property Lawyer Specialist

Halecroft Recruitment, a reputable staffing agency in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, is seeking an experienced Solicitor with expertise in property law and transactions. As a skilled legal professional, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property transactions to ensure their validity and security.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating and completing property transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.
3. Preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other essential documents.
4. Negotiating effectively on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
5. Maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Collaborating with other professionals involved in property transactions to ensure seamless execution.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• At least 7 years of experience in property law and conveyancing procedures, preferably in private client settings.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A keen eye for detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong advocacy and business development skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and technology.
• Relevant qualifications and a solid understanding of property law.

This position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as:

• A generous annual leave package, including 20 days plus 8 bank holidays.
