We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Britannia Hotels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service, enhancing the guest's experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service, enhancing the guest's experience.
  • Achieve business objectives and maximise the profitability of the site.
  • Maintain effective cost controls in all areas.
  • Manage and work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
  • Work seamlessly with our busy sales team to support sales initiatives to maximise revenue.

The successful candidate will be a driver, as the position may require various site visits. They will be an experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a can-do attitude.
