**Job Summary:**

Best Buy Health is seeking an experienced Lead Analytics Engineer to join our data & analytics engineering team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and experience managing teams. They will be responsible for leading the development of innovative data solutions, ensuring timely delivery of data projects, and overseeing the integration of technologies across various cloud and open-source platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and inspire the UK-based data & analytics engineering team to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and integrate technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, dbt, Airflow, NiFi, and Databricks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall data strategy.
  • Oversee projects focused on data generated during care delivery, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of data solutions.
  • Ensure data is cleaned, processed, harmonized, and curated in alignment with industry standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3 years management experience, including experience in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in Python, dbt, Airflow, SQL, and cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks).
