Your Role

As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist at Cygnet Paddocks, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist occupational therapy services to individuals with acquired brain injury or neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and training to individuals, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
  • Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives
