About the Role

Virtuoso Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced and ambitious Case Manager to join our team in Gerrards Cross. As a key member of our Property Finance Brokerage, you will be responsible for processing loan applications from submission to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Application Processing: Prepare loan applications for referral to lenders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • CeMap Qualification: Possess CeMap qualification or be willing to obtain it with assistance from the company.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet and exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) levels.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a first-class personalized service to customers, intermediaries, surveyors, and solicitors throughout the loan process.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure all supporting documentation is provided and accurate before submission to lenders.
  • Application Processing: Process applications through to legal completion in an efficient and compliant manner.
  • CRM System Management: Load and scan client information onto the CRM system.
  • Review and Communication: Set reviews to ensure applications are processed promptly through to offer stage and communicate with lenders throughout the process.
  • Documentation Verification: Check loan documentation for accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with solicitors and brokers through to legal completion.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes and commentary for compliance purposes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience in processing loans.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized with a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong IT skills.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to work under pressure with decision-making responsibilities.
  • Integrity: High levels of personal and professional integrity.
  • Flexibility: Highly organized with a flexible approach to working.
  • Compliance: Fully understand and compliant with operational procedures, FCA requirements, and SLAs.
  • Work Ethic: Determined to succeed, high energy levels, and a good team player.
  • Salary: Competitive salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 (dependent on experience).
