About the Role:

  • Chasing debtors to recover outstanding payments
  • Managing individual debtor accounts and reconciliations
  • Processing sales invoices and creating monthly statements for clients
  • Effectively dealing with customer queries and resolving issues
  • Processing cash receipts and maintaining accurate records
  • Conducting credit checks and creating invoices for clients
  • Filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating with customers to resolve queries and concerns

Salary and Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in credit control or a related field
